Hydraulic makes combine harvesting effective

A combine harvester, or simply combine, is a complex farm machine that both cuts and threshes grains and certain other crops. It combines four separate harvesting operations—reaping, threshing, gathering, and winnowing—into a single process. Among the crops harvested with a combine are wheat, rice, oats, rye, barley, corn (maize), sorghum, soybeans, flax (linseed), sunflowers and rapeseed.

01
Hydraulic product helps provide two driving modes: hydraulic mechanical hybrid transmission (HMT) and pure hydraulic. It can make combine harvester highly efficient, and achieve high-power transmission and stepless speed change.
02
Completely driven by electromagnetic manifold and plate, electric control operation, smooth and comfortable.
03
The lifting and lowering of the cutting table adopts flow compensation adjustment to achieve flow control independent of load. Accurate position control of the cutting table can better assist combine harvester work on different ground condition.
04
For the axial flow machine type, a new hydraulic lock soft and hard sealing structure has been developed to achieve zero leakage of stepless speed regulation of the roller.
