Tractor electro-hydraulic control

A tractor is designed to deliver a high tractive effort (or torque) at slow speeds, for the purposes of tillage, cultivation, seeding and other fields. Most commonly, a tractor is used for land plowing, planting and harvesting, and is one of the most important implements in the modern agricultural production.

Composed of variable piston pumps, load-sensitive electro-proportional valves, steering gear, electronic control Joysticks, high-precision sensors, power shifting, controllers, etc., it can provide a complete load-sensitive electro-hydraulic proportional system for tractors with 70~220 horsepower.

We provide variable pumps with a wide range of displacements. The variable pump can achieve load-sensing control through flow and pressure control valves, which is energy-saving and highly efficient.

The electro-proportional control and load-sensitive valve is provided, it has a maximum flow rate of up to 120L/min. The motor directly drives main valve stem, which is the first in China, eliminates the impact of hysteresis and hydrodynamic, and accurately controls the movement of the valve stem. The compensator has a check valve function to effectively prevent the nodding problem caused by load fluctuations. The mechanical lock with port integration to ensure the drainage flow rate of the plow cylinder control. The functions include lifting, lowering, floating three positions. It can be with strong pressure and non-strong pressure electric control switching function, to meet different soil requirements.
