Completely variable electro-hydraulic loader systems

The loader is a construction vehicle commonly used for the transportation of materials such as dirt, sand, gravel, or other substances. Hydraulic systems provide the power to the loaders for lifting and moving materials.

Composed of variable displacement piston pumps, electro-proportional multi-way valves, flow amplification valves, high-performance controllers, electro-proportional joystick, and high-precision sensors, it can provide a complete set of fully variable load-sensitive electro-hydraulic proportional systems for 3-9ton loaders.

Four sizes of A10VO variable pump are available: displacement 71/85/100/108mL/r.

Provides downstream pressure-compensated and load-sensitive valves, with two control methods (hydraulic control and electro-proportional control). The flow range can be 250 to 450L/min. Built-in hydraulic lock, bucket arm cylinder sinking prevent, back pressure valve with oil return, ensure that the cylinder rod chamber is not sucked emptily, no back pressure, energy saving and efficient.

Five control functions: limit position and any position buffer, bucket automatic leveling, translation lift, boom bucket micro-motion, boom bucket automatic positioning

Pressure angle sensor in conjunction with the optimization algorithm, automatic weighing.

Supporting human-machine interface with functions such as work unit status display, fault record query and diagnosis, parameter setting, etc.

7. CAN bus communication system, real-time reading engine and transmission oil temperature data to achieve independent heat dissipation, sending information according to demands, convenient for remote monitoring.
